Murcielago
The Lamborghini Murciélago is a supercar the automaker Italian Lamborghini. This is the first car brand under the direction of Audi. Designed by Luc Donckerwolke, it aims to compete with 575M of Ferrari on the super sport segment. The name Murcielago - bat in Spanish - is reminiscent of a famous bull for resisting 24 sword during a bullfight in 1879. The Murcielago, released in 2002, follows the Diablo which it takes the V12 engine whose displacement is increased to 6.2 L. It develops 580 horsepower. A roadster version called the Murcielago Barchetta appears in the spring 2004.
The second generation Murcielago appears in 2006 with the LP 640-4 and the roadster versions. The new Murcielago sees its increased to 6.5 L for a power of 640 horsepower engine. A special series called LP 650-4 Roadster then saw the day as well as ultra-sports version, the SV LP 670-4, in autumn 2009.
